For Your Business or Home

As a professional company, we’ve invested in industrial machines in order to provide larger-scale services for leisure centres and sports facilities, places of worship, factories, restaurants and pubs. We also offer domestic carpet and floor cleaning so do call us if your home office, dining or living areas are no longer looking their best. The commercial equipment we use means that there is no need to compromise when it comes to either the quality of the job or the time it takes to carry out.

A Professional Carpet Care Service

Dirt can build up quickly on carpeting in a busy property, spoiling its look, smell and feel. We remove stubborn stains like red wine, tea, ketchup and even chewing gum and tar, as well as improving the overall look (and smell) of your carpet significantly. We can use shampooing, powder/dry cleaning, or hot water extraction to treat your carpets. Learn more about the positives (and negatives) of these methods.

Our carpet cleaning machinery includes:

  • motorised ‘Power Wand’ attachment – for the most effective dirt and stain removal;
  • variable pressure cleaning – up to 400 PSI for tough cleaning without damaging delicate fibres;
  • very long (30m/100ft) hose – we can clean many properties without bringing our machine any further than just inside/outside;
  • 52 litre solution & 40 litre dirty water tanks – less filling and emptying, even on large jobs;
  • powerful suction for faster drying – dual motors for standard/delicate or double/industrial strength extraction.

A heavily soiled church carpet has its look and feel restored in short order, thanks to our powerful machinery. With this level of dirt, manual brushing / beating could be hours of back-breaking work.

Professional Upholstery & Furniture Cleaning

Even if you’re careful, living room furniture in a busy home is going to get stained and dirty over time, just like clothing does. We use premier machinery and quality liquids for quick but delicate removal of unwanted substances and smells. Wool, leather, silk: each of these demands that a distinct process be followed for effective and lasting freshening. As supplier to the trade for decades, we have intimate knowledge of the right detergents for all fabrics, and can also disinfect or sanitise upholstery.

We Don’t Recommend Steam Cleaning or (Dry) ‘Shampooing’

Steam cleaning a sofa or couch is almost certain to cause irreparable damage to any pattern or colour, and even the textiles themselves. Powder compounds (semi-dry ‘shampoo’) attract dust – that’s what they do – but a little bit is left behind afterwards. So, while you do get quick results (no drying time needed), they won’t last as long as hot water extraction.

Driveway & Patio Washing

We use rotary machine scrubbing, jet washing and (if absolutely necessary) strong detergents to break down and remove weeds, dirt and stains from outdoor areas such as the front drive or back garden, including decking, fences/walls and outdoor furniture.

If your outside area lacks proper drainage, we can use our wet-vac to remove corrosive cleaning liquids and liquified plant matter, but some traces may be left. Power washing (meaning boiling water and no detergent) won’t leave any residue, but requires a far larger machine.

We recommend you have your outdoor areas sealed to slow the decline that takes place in humid conditions. Even stone surfaces (including concrete) will benefit, because most are water-penetrable.

Hard Floor Cleaning & Care

Hard floors (marble and other stone, travertine, hardwoods like oak, vinyl) are durable, but still need regular attention – not just to look good, but to last a lifetime. With a comprehensive selection of top of the range machinery and equipment, we’re often engaged to service large offices, gyms, factories, warehouses and other commercial properties. We also maintain a lot of smaller business premises and also shared accommodation or family houses, flats and apartments.

Even soft-soled shoes can cause splits and tears in vinyl. This school sports floor was mopped regularly, but still being slowly ruined by ground-in dirt. Fairly gentle scrubbing was enough, with a professional degreaser doing the heavy lifting. The final finish looks very slick but is actually non-slip.

Professional Hardwood Floor Cleaning & Polishing

Hardwood planks or panels need a water-resistant seal that is maintained correctly. Sanding should be regarded as a last resort because many modern wood floors can only be sanded a few times in their lifetime. We can clean and shine at the same time using our rotary machines and buffing pads, if the floor’s seal is intact. If not, we can replace it, and there are two options.

Caught in time: this beautiful solid Oak parquet living room floor’s appearance had deteriorated badly, but the wood itself (stained to resemble Mahogany) was not damaged and the colour was intact. After cleaning, the floor was waxed and then buffed to maximise the striking impact of its herringbone pattern.

Marble, Slate & Stone: Cleaning, Buffing/Polishing

A natural stone floor (marble or slate tile for instance) represents a significant investment in a property: one worth protecting with proper cleaning and servicing by a professional company.

Stone (whether natural or man-made) can still be stained. This non-glazed ceramic tile in a residential kitchen had slowly but surely become mottled. Machine scrubbing with a food-safe but strong cleaning formula got rid of the dirt. We then used a soft pad to work in a light floor seal to help protect the floor from further damage.
buffing (all stone) £4 per m2
polishing from £13 per m2
