For Your Business or Home

Our professional equipment and extensive business experience will take the hard work out of tough jobs in commercial buildings like gyms, larger offices, sports facilities and schools, colleges and nurseries. But we also want to hear from you if you need carpet or floor cleaning for a small shop, or for a family home or shared flat. Our investment in heavy-duty machines and attachments means that we can minimise disruption to your daily life by completing jobs faster without compromising the quality of the work.

A Professional Carpet Care Service

Carpets need suitable care and maintenance to look their best throughout their life cycle and not appear tired, faded and flat. We’ll tackle tough stains (commercial food dyes, coffee, and even motor oil or paint) plus any associated smells, restoring the entire look and feel of your carpets. For a full rundown of the carpet cleaning methods we offer (including shampoo and hot water extraction) plus their pros and cons, look here.

Our carpet cleaning machinery includes:

  • motorised ‘Power Wand’ attachment – for the most effective dirt and stain removal;
  • variable pressure cleaning – up to 400 PSI for tough cleaning without damaging delicate fibres;
  • very long (30m/100ft) hose – we can clean many properties without bringing our machine any further than just inside/outside;
  • 52 litre solution & 40 litre dirty water tanks – less filling and emptying, even on large jobs;
  • powerful suction for faster drying – dual motors for standard/delicate or double/industrial strength extraction.

A very dirty carpet in a council building has its original colour revealed. With the right equipment, even large amounts of dust and grime can be swiftly removed.

Professional Upholstery & Furniture Cleaning

Whatever type of soft furnishings you have, we can improve their appearance with a combination of powerful but kind liquid cleansers and machinery. Our expertise includes treating demanding and tricky fabrics like leather, suede and rayon/viscose: we know what works. If you need to kill dangerous diseases and infections then we have a selection of suitable preparations that can be applied.

Why You Shouldn’t Use Steam Cleaning or (Dry) ‘Shampooing’

Have you put removeable furniture covers in your washing machine? Then you’ll know that labels for a 90 degree cycle are rare. This is why we don’t steam clean. Powder shampoos (sprinkled, brushed in and vacuumed out) are quick and effective, but they have adhesive properties. A trace will be left behind, and dirt will continue to cling to it. This is why we usually recommend hot water extraction unless you have an extremely busy property.

Driveway & Patio Washing

We provide exterior floor / surface restoration services (including cement and tarmac, brickwork, paving and stone), and also clean features such as wood decking and fencing, garden furniture and ornaments.

Our normal methods for easier jobs are machine scrubbing and/or cold water blasting (cold water under pressure can achieve quite a lot). We can use chemicals to dissolve tough weeds, but not without possible harm to grass, garden plants and wildlife. However, it is possible to omit the chemicals and use super-heated water vapour for harder jobs. Ask us about ‘power washing’.

It’s not just decking that will deteriorate if constantly wet – brick and even concrete can be worn away. We can apply sealants to guard against plants that take hold in damp conditions.

Hard Floor Cleaning

We care for marble, slate, wood (engineered, parquet etc) – and many more besides. Whether your hard flooring needs sealing or a complete facelift, we can help. We usually handle bigger contracts that demand the larger and more powerful machines in our fleet: factories, hotels and cinemas, churches and community centres. However we do also offer our services for apartments and other shared accommodation and family homes of all sizes.

This leisure centre washroom floor was looking a little grey: rotary scrubbing reveals a lighter and more colourful surface. Once clean, the vinyl is sealed with polish to protect it for longer.

Professional Hardwood Floor Cleaning & Polishing

If the seal on a hardwood floor is allowed to wear away, even the best detergents won’t help. Once dirt is engrained in wood fibres the only option is sanding: a drastic step that can only be taken a few times on many floors. Scheduled maintenance cleaning carried out by a professional company will not only prolong the surface finish but spot potential problems in advance, allowing you to take preventative action (which is always cheaper). Suggestions might include switching to a different finish.

An Oak solid plank reception room floor was looking decidedly patchy and faded. Luckily the original seal (a dark wood stain) was intact: machine scrubbing with a strong degreasing detergent was enough. To provide extra protection in the future we then worked wax into the floor with a soft pad (machine buffing) to create an additional protective layer and create a deep shine.

Marble, Slate & Stone: Cleaning, Buffing/Polishing

Natural rock (slate, marble and even granite) can be harmed by a poorly chosen cleaning detergent or neglect. Don’t take chances with your stone or tiled floor: consult a professional.

This domestic kitchen floor is ceramic – but unsealed, which allows dirt to penetrate the surface of the tiles. Rotary scrubbing with a powerful degreaser got rid of the grey stains, and application of a light sealant with a soft pad preserves the finish for longer and makes cleaning easier going forward.
