For Your Business or Home

We have the industrial-strength equipment to deal with contracts for larger firms (warehouses, sports facilities & gyms, restaurants etc) and public buildings like churches or colleges. We are also available for carpet and floor cleaning for smaller businesses, residential properties, and family homes. This can be a laborious and lengthy process if the business you hire doesn’t have the best tools for the job. We have professional machines for faster and better results with less disruption.

A Professional Carpet Care Service

If you want your carpets to look and smell fresh then you need to keep them properly maintained. We regularly work on all types of carpets in all types of properties and have decades’ experience in both stain and odour removal. If you’re interested in more information about carpet shampooing (‘dry cleaning’) or hot water extraction, check out our in-depth look at each method.

Our carpet cleaning machinery includes:

  • motorised ‘Power Wand’ attachment – for the most effective dirt and stain removal;
  • variable pressure cleaning – up to 400 PSI for tough cleaning without damaging delicate fibres;
  • very long (30m/100ft) hose – we can clean many properties without bringing our machine any further than just inside/outside;
  • 52 litre solution & 40 litre dirty water tanks – less filling and emptying, even on large jobs;
  • powerful suction for faster drying – dual motors for standard/delicate or double/industrial strength extraction.

WoolSafe-approved Detergents for Cleaning, Sanitising & Disinfecting

Our specialist detergents are easy on delicate fibres but tough on grease and grime. If virus/bacteria control is needed, talk to us and we’ll put together a custom cleaning package for your exact needs.

Professional Upholstery & Furniture Cleaning

Our superior machines are a match for built-up dirt and even neglected ‘nightmare’ stains on furniture such as red wine, food oils and dyes. Having supplied detergents to the trade since 1995, we have an intimate knowledge of the best cleaning products for leather, wool, suede, silk etc, together with disinfectants and sanitisers that will help prevent the spread of infectious bacteria and viruses.

Steam Cleaning or (Dry) ‘Shampooing’ are NOT Your Best Option

Steam cleaning can spoil the colour/pattern on your sofa or couch, and maybe even cause fibre damage that will make it wear out faster. Shampooing powders are useful if you need to use the room again straight away, but have one drawback: a residue (minute, but gluey at particle level) that will keep attracting any new dirt. We use such compounds ourselves sometimes if requested, but hot water extraction is the longest-lasting method.

Driveway & Patio Washing

Algae/lichen and moss will gradually take over paving, brickwork, tarmac and wood, making it ugly and even hazardous. We clean drives, patios and decking to keep your outside areas both attractive and safe.

Very resilient or persistent staining / overgrowth might need either: (i) chemicals that break down organic matter; or (ii) power washing with pressurised steam. For a completely tiled or brick area with no plants nearby and good drainage, chemical cleaning can work well and do no harm. Steam cleaning guarantees an eco-friendly result.

To protect water-absorbent surfaces (and these do include many tiles or blocks and concrete, as well as wood) from moisture and oil, we can apply sealants.

Hard Floor Cleaning, Care & Maintenance

Call us if your hard floors need revitalising or preserving. We work on all sorts of stone (marble, travertine and composites like terrazzo), timber and also vinyl. With a fleet of professional machinery, jobs we normally undertake include larger offices, leisure centres and council buildings, but please call us to discuss what we can do for hard floors in your shop, family home or shared accommodation.

The before/during/after shots of this gym floor in a Cheam school perfectly demonstrates how professional cleaning can reveal just how much dirt a floor is holding. Although the polish looks as if it could be slippery, it’s actually formulated to provide a good grip.

Professional Hardwood Floor Cleaning & Polishing

Hardwood floors need to be properly cleaned and treated to provide long-lasting protection against dirt and scuffs. If the finish is not preserved (and renewed when needed), wood can suffer lasting or even permanent damage. Our services include buffing (cleaning to remove light soiling and surface scuffs and bring back the shine), stripping old polish and applying either wax or lacquer, or even complete restoration via sanding, staining and resealing.

A coat of varnish had reached the end of its life cycle in this Wallington dining room. Stripping the old seal reveals the natural and vivid colour variation of real Oak. The floor was buffed with a ‘maintainer’ to finish.

Marble, Slate & Stone: Cleaning, Buffing/Polishing

Some stone floors (e.g. glazed ceramic tile) need very little maintenance to look their best, but other (slate or marble) can be damaged by domestic cleaning products. If you’re not sure which you have, call us.

This kitchen / diner in Cheam had a ceramic tile floor that was not glazed and had trapped a lot of dirt. We deep cleaned and then sealed the floor to protect it from staining in the future.
buffing (all stone) £4 per m2
polishing from £13 per m2
