For Your Business or Home

We’ve spent many years investing in and testing machinery to arrive at our current range of floor care equipment for bigger company buildings: schools, gyms, department stores, restaurants, offices and churches. However, if your carpet or floor cleaning needs are for a smaller business or residential property, please do get in touch – we’d be pleased to help! Because we use commercial equipment we can take on even tough jobs and complete them properly and quickly, giving you a fresh and dry home in far less time.

A Professional Carpet Care Service

If you want to make sure your carpets are always looking and smelling their best then regular cleaning is essential. We can not only remove accumulated everyday dirt, but also heavier soiling (and unpleasant smells) caused by food, drink and other workplace or household accidents. We’ve explained the different methods we can use (and those we don’t) to clean carpets here. TL;DR – shampooing is not the best.

Our carpet and upholstery cleaning machinery includes:

  • motorised ‘Power Wand’ attachment – for the most effective dirt and stain removal;
  • variable pressure cleaning – up to 400 PSI for tough cleaning without damaging delicate fibres;
  • very long (30m/100ft) hose – we can clean many properties without bringing our machine any further than just inside/outside;
  • 52 litre solution & 40 litre dirty water tanks – less filling and emptying, even on large jobs;
  • powerful suction for faster drying – dual motors for standard/delicate or double/industrial strength extraction.

Professional Upholstery & Furniture Cleaning

Fabric on furniture – particularly arm and head rests – will accumulate dirt and grease over time. Our powered tools (more about these here) deliver a combination of gentle brushing and powerful (but variable) suction to deep clean. We work on all materials, including delicate fibres like wool, as well as those that seem similar but need a completely different approach such as leather and suede, and carry preparations to kill the most common types of harmful bacteria and viruses.

Steam Cleaning or (Dry) ‘Shampooing’ are NOT Your Best Option

We don’t steam clean upholstery because 100 degrees Celsius water vapour is very likely to cause the fabric to run, fade and shrink. Even the best dry shampoo (powder compound) leaves a slight coating behind that will help dirt build up within the material: compared to hot water extraction, it’s a short term fix.

Driveway & Patio Washing

If you don’t remove fallen leaves from your outdoor flooring and inhibit the growth of moss or lichen, you could end up with slimy and perilous walkways. We carry out high pressure water blasting and bristle-brush rotary scrubbing to make these outside areas reliable and attractive again.

Our standard approach is enough to deal with all but large and well-established unwanted plants and very heavy stains or spills (oil, paint etc). For these, we can use caustic detergents on areas with excellent drainage, but this treatment poses a risk to any local flora and fauna. Steam blasting does not, although it does require larger and more expensive machinery.

Once surfaces are clean, we can then help defend them against damage from damp. We can seal woodwork, and also brickwork, porous stone slabs or tiles and concrete.

Professional Hard Floor Maintenance

Even hard floors (e.g. marble, tile, wood, vinyl) need appropriate repairs, care and conservation to ensure they have a sound finish and enjoy a long life. We have the industrial strength equipment to take on contracts in factories, commercial facilities and larger public buildings such as shopping centres – but we are always pleased to quote for domestic cleaning jobs, from a studio flat to a large detached family home.

A dirty vinyl leisure centre washroom floor in Sidcup is scrubbed clean using one of our rotary machines, and then polished to seal it and preserve its pleasant creamy colour for longer in the future.

Professional Hardwood Floor Cleaning & Polishing

If not looked after correctly, a hardwood floor will start to look dull and grey as dirt penetrates the surface finish and eventually the grain of the wood itself. At this late stage, sanding is the only solution, but many modern planks or boards can only be sanded a few times before they need replacing. We offer professional maintenance and advice on the best choice of finish to help you enjoy your hardwood floor for a lifetime.

Marble, Slate & Stone: Cleaning, Buffing/Polishing

We can remove scratches, stains and problem substances from your stone or tiled floors, then seal and finish or polish them to protect them for longer from everyday wear and tear, spills and accidents.

Ceramic stone tile is a popular choice, but it needs proper protection if it’s not factory-glazed. This modern kitchen floor in Chislehurst had ground-in grease and grime. Rotary scrubbing with the right product cleaned the surface, which then had a light seal applied to finish.
